    Staying here was perfect for exploring Lima's scenic spots like Larcomar and Parque Kennedy, both just a short walk away. The oceanfront room was amazing with stunning views, and having dinner at the rooftop restaurant made it even more relaxing. The location near great shopping and restaurants. A great trip!

    The staff were excellent, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The location of the property was best possible, by the beach. Besides, it was close to the ocean, location and surroundings, the palace and the restaurants. The food for breakfast was great and fabulous.

    very nice oceanfront escape

    Woke up to fine ocean views and enjoyed a good breakfast with freshly squeezed juices. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and great restaurants.

    Check-in was somewhat confusing and slow, as the staff seemed overwhelmed at times. Valet parking was a bit of a hassle during busy hours.

    Absolutely loved the view from my room, but the staff clearly couldn't handle basic communication. They didn't even know about room service, which wasted my time for dinner. Expected at least some special treatment for staying here, but nope, just regular service. What a shame. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

    An exceptionally comfortable hotel with a huge variety of brand-new rooms to relax in. Absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location, within a close distance from an outdoor mall. Amiable staff, wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Great food in the bar for breakfast.

    The truth, what's good and what's not

    The oceanfront views are amazing the rooftop garden restaurant serves very nice food and provides a perfect sunset backdrop.

    At times, the staff seemed overwhelmed which led to delayed responses with requests.

    We loved the really good location near the beach. The staff really stood out, especially Eber, who was super helpful with our car reservation and local tips. Our Ocean Beautiful room offered fine oceanfront views , especially traveling with our young child.

    My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities on-site.
